NO EXPANSION JOINTS ALLOWED, AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION ALL MINIMUM COPC REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. BUILDER TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON, SITE CONDITIONS CHANGE OVER TIME AFTER THE INSPECTION.
