Structural Plan Remarks: Additionally there foundation detail plan calls for a 20" slab, and this does not agree with the grading plan. On the right side at the front there shall be a minimum of 23" from the top of the foundation to the bottom of the the footer. The footer shall gradually transition along adjacent sides of the home to accommodate the proposed grading and ensure compliance.
