The Palm Coast City Council meets regularly to discuss and vote on official City business. These meetings are open to the public, and Palm Coast residents are strongly encouraged to attend. An increase in public engagement helps to build a stronger sense of community, increase valuable discussions, and decrease division.

The agenda for the City Council Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. will be as follows:
Presentations
The following presentations will be made:
- The Human Resources Department will present a recap of the City’s FY25-26 health insurance plan performance, including renewal projections and proposed plan design modifications for FY26-27.
- The Human Resources Department will present options to reduce the costs to the City’s health insurance fund via My Health Onsite (MHO). MHO has 20 years’ experience operating onsite health and wellness centers and has also provided services to Flagler County BOCC for 15 years. MHO services include labs, prescription dispensing, and occupational related services such as pre-employment screenings, drug screenings, and more.
- The Financial Services Department will present proposed updates to the City’s Purchasing Policy, which was last updated on September 21, 2021. The changes were recommended following a FY25 risk assessment by Plante and Moran to help improve efficiency. Updates include adding a definitions section, incorporating best practices, and allowing the use of cooperative purchasing programs.
- The Community Development Department will present a recap of the Duplex Zoning Development Standards, Drop Lots Zones Duplex, Land Use Administrator Role, and Appeal of a Decision of the Land Ude Administrator.
- The Community Development Department will present proposed amendments to Chapter 7- Concurrency Management System of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). These changes align the code with the recently updated 2050 Comprehensive Plan, which was completed in May 2025.
- The Community Development Department will present proposed updates to Chapter 9 – Engineering Design and Utilities of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). These changes align the code with the recently updated 2050 Comprehensive Plan, which was completed in May 2025.
- The Community Development Department will present proposed updates to Chapter 10 – Environmental and Cultural Resource Protection of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). These changes align the code with the recently updated 2050 Comprehensive Plan, which was completed in May 2025.
- The Community Development Department will present proposed updates to Chapter 12 – Signs and Advertising of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). These changes align the code with the recently updated 2050 Comprehensive Plan, which was completed in May 2025.
- The Community Development Department will present proposed updates to Chapter 13 – Architectural Design Regulations of the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). These changes align the code with the recently updated 2050 Comprehensive Plan, which was completed in May 2025.
Public Comments will be opened at the beginning and end of the workshop in accordance with Section 286.0114, Florida Statutes, and pursuant to the City Council’s Meeting Policies and Procedures. Each speaker will approach the podium, provide his/her name, and may speak for up to 3 minutes.
Additionally, public comments on non-agenda items will be limited to 30 minutes at the beginning and end of each meeting. This schedule is subject to change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Residents are encouraged to visit the Palm Coast City Council meeting webpage for the latest schedule and agenda updates.
In addition to City Council meetings and workshops, residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of public meetings—including advisory boards, committees, and special sessions—taking place over the next week. Attending in person, tuning in live on the City’s YouTube channel, or reviewing meeting materials online are all great ways to stay informed and engaged in local government.
