Public Forum Scheduled to Discuss Enhancements to The Stage at Town Center

The City of Palm Coast will host a Public Forum to discuss the potential addition of a roof at The Stage at Town Center on Monday, March 23, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE.

As the City of Palm Coast continues investing in community gathering spaces, residents are invited to participate in an upcoming public discussion regarding a proposed enhancement to The Stage at Town Center.

The City of Palm Coast will host a Public Forum to discuss the potential addition of a roof at The Stage at Town Center on Monday, March 23, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center.

The purpose of the forum is to provide residents with information about the proposal, outline potential next steps, and offer an opportunity for questions and public input. Representatives from Vavarde Strategies will present their proposal for the roof structure and discuss their approach to supporting the project through strategic planning and fundraising services.

Vavarde Strategies is an accomplished team of fundraising and support services professionals from across the country. The organization works with clients to develop scope of work proposals, establish timelines and measurable outcomes, and provide embedded assistance and contracted services to help complete capital and enhancement projects.

“We encourage residents to attend and be part of the conversation,” said James Hirst, Parks and Recreation Director. “The Stage at Town Center is an important community asset, and public input is essential as we explore opportunities to enhance its functionality and long-term use.”
