City of Palm Coast Announces Temporary Road Closure at Zenoble Place and Zebulah Trail Intersection

The City of Palm Coast will the intersection at Zenoble Place and Zebulah Trail from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, to Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Crews will be on-site to make repairs to the stormwater infrastructure under the road.

The closure will block off access to Zenoble Place. During the closure, crew members will have a large steel plate to place over the hole to allow local traffic to pass through the construction area safely. Residents will need at least ten minutes for the crews to place the large plate. 

Traffic on Zebulah Trail will not be impacted during the repair. Signs will be placed along around the intersection to alert drivers and pedestrians about the improvements.

Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes to minimize delays and maintain a safe environment for workers and the community.
