Thursdays - BAM! Balance and Motion Presented by Florida Health Care Plans - Thursdays (no class on Nov. 28), 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. at Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Pkwy. NE. In partnership with Florida Health Care Plans, come join senior fitness specialist Artie. G. for BAM! Balance and Motion. Develop balance, coordination, core strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This class is gentle, upbeat, and supportive for all fitness levels.
