Community Calendar

We want to bring into our center as much support for as many things as possible. If you are dealing with anxiety or depression, you dont have to be alone with it ? Come join us for support from your community. This group is being held by a counselor who is volunteering her time because of the importance of this. She will have information on resources, she will provide a safe space in our center for you to talk, listen or both ? Suggested donation is $3, but no one will be turned away. You are more important than your money ? all donations go to help support the center and make it possible for us to provide these community offerings. When joining for one of our self help/support groups, please use unit 9 community lounge entrance door. Our center has two doors, one for the studio entrance and one for community lounge entrance.
