The City of Palm Coast has announced that the inaugural Beats & Eats event, previously scheduled for May 28 and later rescheduled for June 18, will now take place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Stage, following weather-related cancellations on both dates.
The community event will feature a live performance by Soul Fire, along with a variety of food trucks and family-friendly entertainment. The Hispanic American Cultural Association will remain the featured beneficiary for the inaugural event.
Beats & Eats combines the popular Food Truck Tuesday experience with live concert entertainment, creating an evening centered on great food, live music, and community connection.
“We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding as we worked through multiple weather-related cancellations,” said Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation, Brittany McDermott. “We remain excited to launch this new event series and look forward to welcoming residents to The Stage on July 9 for an unforgettable evening.”
The June Beats & Eats event, featuring Exit Left and benefiting the Fun Coast Down Syndrome Association, was also affected by inclement weather. A new date for that event has not yet been determined and will be announced later.
The regularly scheduled July 30 Beats & Eats event remains on track and will feature Half Step Down, benefiting the City of Palm Coast Summer Camp Scholarship Program.
Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, come hungry, and enjoy an evening of live entertainment, local food vendors, and community spirit.
