L-4 Surface Water Control Structure
Located off Royal Palms Parkway, L-4 displays the water levels in the Royal Palms Waterway which starts at Belle Terre Pkwy and runs east along the Lehigh Trail until it flows into the Lehigh Canal.
Shown below is the water level for L-4 Surface Water Control Structure for the past 24 hours. The blue line represents the Designed Normal Water Level which is 18.0 feet, while the red line represents the Designed High Water Level at 23.2 feet.
