The City of Palm Coast invites residents, families, businesses, and community organizations to join together for the 19th Annual Intracoastal Waterway Cleanup, taking place on Saturday, September 19, from 8 a.m. to noon.

Last year, 287 volunteers came together to remove 1,600 pounds of litter from Palm Coast's waterways, parks, neighborhoods, and roadways. This annual community effort helps improve water quality, protect wildlife, and preserve the natural beauty that makes Palm Coast a great place to live, work, and play.

The cleanup begins at 8 a.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, where participants will receive gloves, trash bags, safety information, and a commemorative event T-shirt while supplies last. Volunteers may choose to clean designated areas along the Intracoastal Waterway or any location within Palm Coast city limits. Following the cleanup, participants are invited back to the Community Center for a community luncheon and awards ceremony at 11 a.m.

Pre-registration is encouraged and includes a t-shirt, trash bags, gloves, and a safety sheet. Lunch will be served to all participants at 11:00am at the Palm Coast Community Center.

Registration is open and free for all participants. To register, visit www.palmcoastgov.com/waterwaycleanup
