2023 Mayor's 30/30 Challenge
Palm Coast Mayor David Alfin is challenging all of Flagler County to focus on health and wellness in the new year! Get started today!
When you hear health & wellness, what pops in your mind? Fad diets telling you to eat nothing but meat one day, then only vegetables the next? Walking laps around your dining room table to hit your 10,000-step mark?
The City of Palm Coast wants to reimagine what health and wellness mean with our updated Mayor’s 30/30 Health & Wellness Challenge. We want residents to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity with the goal of improving their overall mental, physical, or emotional health. This challenge is meant to work for you, as an individual.
Choose an activity each day that you find most purposeful – walking, meditating, journaling, cleaning out your closets – it all counts if it adds to your feeling of personal joy and fulfillment. We want you to set personal goals. Getting healthy and well could mean hitting a new running PR, finally getting an important health screening, creating a morning routine, or starting therapy.
Sign up for the Challenge, track your activities in a way that works best for you, and join us for our special Mayor’s 30/30 programs. Let’s thrive together!
