City of Palm Coast Announces Temporary Road Closure on Westmar Place

The City of Palm Coast will have a temporary closure within the Westmar Place cul-de-sac beginning Tuesday, September 1, through Friday, September 18, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

The closure will not take place on weekends or on Monday, September 7, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Crews will be on-site to repair and replace underground stormwater infrastructure in the area. The work is being completed by City subcontractor Cline.

During construction hours, traffic will be limited from entering and exiting the cul-de-sac. Residents will continue to have access to their homes at all times, although some delays should be expected while crews are working.

All appropriate Department of Transportation (DOT) traffic control devices and advance warning signs will be in place throughout the project.

Residents are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the area, follow all posted traffic control measures, and allow additional time for travel.
