The Deputy City Manager will play a critical role in aligning citywide initiatives, supporting departmental operations, and implementing strategic projects that improve efficiency and service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, supporting budget and policy development, collaborating with City Council and community stakeholders, and ensuring organizational goals are successfully executed.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, innovative leader with a passion for public service, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex operations. Candidates should have at least seven years of executive-level experience and a background in public administration or a related field.
