The City of Palm Coast is pleased to announce that the Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3) is now accepting applications for the FY 2026-2027 Palm Coast Cultural Arts Grant Program.
As part of an ongoing partnership, FC3 manages the grant program on behalf of the City, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting arts, culture, and history throughout the community.
The grant program provides funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations that deliver high-quality cultural programming, events, and initiatives that enrich the lives of Palm Coast residents and enhance the city’s appeal to visitors. Eligible projects and events must take place within the City of Palm Coast between October 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027.
Applications for the FY 2026-2027 grant cycle opened on June 1, 2026, and will remain open through August 21, 2026. At least one representative from each applying organization must attend a mandatory grant workshop on July 17 or 20, 2026.
Grant funding is intended to supplement existing financial support and help organizations expand their impact through arts, culture, and historical programming. All applicants must meet a 1:1 funding match requirement, and final award amounts will be based on project budgets, application scores, and available funding.
The application process is completed entirely online. Interested organizations can access the application, program guidelines, and supporting documents by visiting www.flaglerartsandculture.org/granting-program.
Following a panel review process, a slate of recommended grants will be forwarded to the Palm Coast City Council for final funding decisions.
