The Palm Coast Fire Department, in partnership with Safe Kids Florida, is inviting residents to register for a free Car Seat Safety Check event on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fire Station 25.
The Palm Coast Fire Department, in partnership with Safe Kids Florida, is inviting residents to register for a free Car Seat Safety Check event on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fire Station 25.
During the event, certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will assist families with checking car seat installations, ensuring seats are properly fitted, and answering child passenger safety questions. The event is being held as part of a Child Passenger Safety Technician training course hosted by the Palm Coast Fire Department.
The event will operate as a drive-through experience. Vehicles will be directed to the rear of Fire Station 25, enter through the apparatus bay for their car seat inspection, and exit onto Belle Terre Parkway heading north.
Appointments are required, and space is limited to ensure each family receives dedicated one-on-one assistance.
Residents can register by visiting the event page here.
The City of Palm Coast encourages parents, grandparents, and caregivers to take advantage of this free opportunity to help ensure their child’s car seat is installed correctly and safely.
