Temporary Road Hazard Scheduled for Emerald Lane on Monday August 17 through Friday August 21

The City of Palm Coast will close Emerald Lane at house number 10 from Monday, August 17, 2026, to Friday, August 21, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Crews will be on-site to install concrete over a previous underground stormwater infrastructure project. Completing this work is critical to maintaining proper drainage and preventing future flooding or water‑related issues that can affect nearby homes and roadways.

During this time, traffic will not be stopped or detoured, but drivers may experience some delays when driving past the work zone. Signs will be posted to alert drivers of the construction site.

Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes to minimize delays and help maintain a safe environment for workers and the community.
