Palm Coast Parkway Resurfacing & Turn Lane Improvements

Beginning October 2025, crews will mill and resurface Palm Coast Parkway between U.S. 1 and I-95. The $3.4 million project includes improvements to turn lanes and is scheduled to run through January 2026.

The City of Palm Coast will begin milling and resurfacing Palm Coast Parkway between U.S. 1 and I-95 in October 2025. This $3.4 million project, funded through the City’s Street Improvement Fund, includes extending turn lanes to reduce congestion and improve traffic flow. Construction is expected to continue through January 2026. When complete, residents will notice a smoother, safer commute on one of Palm Coast’s busiest stretches of roadway.
