The tenancy is established for residential purposes only, with a lease term exceeding the minimum duration required (6 months or more) to qualify this property as a long term rental. I understand and acknowledge that any false statements may result in the denial or revocation of a long term rental registration, in addition to corrective code enforcement action, if needed.
