Charcoal Pet Portraits Made Simple. In this relaxed, beginner-friendly art class, you'll learn how to create an adorable pet portrait using nothing more than charcoal, basic shapes, and gentle shading techniques. Working on 6"x8" tan toned paper, you'll discover how simple forms can be built up to create expressive eyes, soft fur texture, and a sweet, lifelike face. Your instructor will guide you step-by-step starting with easy foundational shapes, then adding depth, highlights and contrast to bring your little companion to life. No drawing experience needed! All supplies included, and of course you get to take home what you created! Local Artist, Deby Kalush will be your instructor.
