Event Information
The African American Cultural Society presents the grand opening of From Seed to Soul: African, Indigenous and Cultural Foodways of Flagler County, a Smithsonian Museum on Main Street exhibition in partnership with Florida Humanities. Discover how Indigenous, African, Caribbean, European, and immigrant food traditions shaped Flagler County’s culture and influenced American cuisine. The opening celebration will feature a ribbon cutting, special guest speakers, community recognition, and the debut of an exhibition highlighting local food stories, traditions, and heritage. Free and open to the public.
