The State Road 100 Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was established in 2004 to redevelop the State Road 100 area and encourage investment and economic development to improve the quality of life for residents, both current and future.

The result is Town Center - a mix of business and residential uses with beautiful Central Park at its centerpiece. Palm Coast Landings featuring Super Target is one of Palm Coast's most popular shopping areas. The downtown area also includes Advent Health Hospital, Epic Theatres of Palm Coast, the Landings Apartments, the City Centre office building and the new Palm Coast City Hall.
In June 2018, an Innovation District and Innovation Kick Start Program was approved through the CRA Plan. Both additions encourage new development, projects and business within the urban core of Town Center.
