City of Palm Coast Unveils Comprehensive 2025 Water Quality Report

As the City of Palm Coast observes Water Quality Month throughout August, we’re proud to announce the release of the 2025 Annual Water Quality Report, now available for residents to view online. 

This comprehensive report provides a clear, detailed look at the source of Palm Coast’s drinking water, the rigorous testing it undergoes, and the high standards maintained by the City’s Utility Department. 

From continuous 365-day monitoring at all three water treatment plants and across more than 100 testing sites to independent laboratory verification, Palm Coast’s water quality framework is built on advanced treatment processes, transparency, and compliance with federal EPA and Florida Department of Environmental Protection guidelines.

To support these exceptional standards as Palm Coast continues to grow, the City is actively advancing a long-term $500+ million Water and Wastewater System improvement initiative. This investment includes expanding water treatment plant capacity, development of new wells and alternative ground water sources, rehabilitating groundwater water well systems, modernizing purification processes, and integrating upgraded monitoring technology, all designed to ensure safe, clean, and reliable drinking water for generations to come.
