Fall is fast approaching, and the City of Palm Coast’s 2026 Fall Activity Guide is now live, offering a variety of programs, activities, leagues, tournaments and special events for residents of all ages.
From fitness and wellness classes to aquatics, youth sports and community events, the Fall Activity Guide makes it easy to find something to stay active, learn something new and connect with the community this season.
The Palm Coast Community Center will offer a variety of classes throughout the fall, including Tai Chi, Yoga for All, Gentle Yoga and Line Dancing.
Tai Chi will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. from September 14 through December 3. Yoga for All will take place on Tuesdays at 9 a.m., while Gentle Yoga will be offered Thursdays at 10:30 a.m., with both programs running through December 2. Those looking to add some rhythm to their week can join Line Dancing on Fridays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. from August 14 through December 18.
Aquatics programming continues this fall at the Palm Coast Aquatic Center with Tuesday and Thursday Aqua Zumba sessions, providing a fun, energetic way to stay active in the water.
Due to low enrollment, these sessions will be offered separately from the water fitness punch passes for Water Aerobics and Aqua Zumba PM. Participants interested in Aqua Zumba are encouraged to check the Fall Activity Guide for registration and program details.
The fall calendar also features several events to look forward to, including the Senior Games and two popular community races.
Registration is open for the Pink Army 5K, taking place October 4, 2026, at AdventHealth Palm Coast. The event brings the community together to support breast cancer awareness while promoting health and wellness.
Runners, walkers, and families can get ready for the return of the Feet to Feast 5K. Registration will be opening soon, so participants are encouraged to stay tuned for details and get ready to lace up.
Pickleball players will have plenty to look forward to this fall at the Southern Recreation Center, including the Youth Pickleball League and the Pink N’ Pickle Tournament.
With programs for children, adults, and seniors, the Fall Activity Guide offers opportunities for all ages and interests. Residents are encouraged to explore the full guide and register early, as space may be limited for some programs and activities.
The Fall Activity Guide is available for viewing and download at palmcoast.gov/parks-and-recreation or parksandrec.fun.
