The City of Palm Coast is excited to announce that its Community Survey is now officially open to all residents beginning February 27 through March 15.

This is your opportunity to help shape the future of Palm Coast.

The survey, part of The National Community Survey initiative, gathers feedback on City services and overall quality of life. Resident input will help guide strategic planning efforts and ensure City priorities reflect what matters most to the community.

From public safety and infrastructure to parks, utilities, mobility, and community engagement, the survey covers the topics that impact daily life in Palm Coast. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and provides valuable insight that will help City leaders measure progress, identify strengths, and focus on areas for improvement.

“We want to hear from as many residents as possible,” said City Manager Mike McGlothlin. “This is an exciting opportunity for our community to come together and share feedback that will directly influence Palm Coast’s future. Every response matters.”

In addition, Flagler County Government is conducting a similar survey during this same timeframe. By aligning efforts, both organizations will be able to share data and gain a broader, community-wide understanding of resident priorities across Palm Coast and Flagler County.

The survey will remain open through March 15, and all responses are confidential. Residents can take the survey now at: polco.us/palmcoast2026 or learn more by visiting: palmcoast.gov/survey
