Street Resurfacing
The City of Palm Coast is continuing a citywide street resurfacing and pavement preservation program to maintain a safe, high-quality roadway system while using maintenance funds responsibly. Roadway selections are guided by pavement condition data and coordinated with future roadway projects to make sure repairs are made where they will have the greatest impact.

Street Resurfacing
February-May 2025
Beginning Monday, February 24, the City’s micro-surfacing contractor began crack sealing on multiple roadways as part of a pavement preservation project. This step is temporary and not the final road surface.
During this phase, crews cleaned and filled larger existing cracks. After the material cured, crews returned in April to apply micro-surfacing across the full roadway surface.
Roadways included in this phase:
Ballard Ln, Ballenger Ln, Baltimore Ln, Barbera Ln, Barkley Ln, Barkwood Ln, Bassett Ln, Carr Ln, Cerrudo Ln, Collins Ln, Eastgate Ln, Eastman Ln, Eastmoor Ln, Fairbank Ln, Faircastle Ln, Fairmont Ln, Lancaster Ln, Lansdowne Ln, Louisburg Ln, Louvet Ln, Post Ln, Post Oak Ln, Post Tree Ln, Postman Ln, Rosecroft Ln, Rosepetal Ln, Royal Leaf Ln, Royal Palm Ln, Royal Tern Ln, Wood Center Ln, Wood Clift Ln, Wood Crest Ln.

November 2024
Despite minimal delays following Hurricane Milton, crews were able to keep work moving and complete this portion of the project as planned. To help minimize impacts to drivers, the contractor shifted a significant amount of work to overnight hours, when traffic volumes are lower. Motorists may have noticed temporary lane closures, equipment staging, and crews working after dark, but these measures helped reduce daytime congestion and kept the resurfacing schedule on track.

October 2024
Following the completion of milling and resurfacing on Pine Lakes Parkway, crews transitioned to the next roadway in the sequence and began milling and resurfacing work on Rymfire Drive. During this phase, motorists could expect minimal delays, including temporary lane shifts, short-term closures, and intermittent slowdowns as equipment moved through the work zone. The City and contractor worked to keep traffic flowing safely, with work areas clearly marked and crews operating in stages to limit disruption. Once work on Rymfire Drive was completed, milling and resurfacing was scheduled to begin on Royal Palms Parkway, continuing the City’s effort to improve roadway conditions and extend pavement life.

May 2024
Micro-surfacing work was completed during May on several local roadways to maintain pavement quality.
Streets included this month:
Fairhill Ln, Fairchild Ln, Barley Ln, Bannbury Ln, Banner Ln, Woodward Ln, Woodworth Ln, Woodholme Ln, Woodhollow Ln, Rivera Ln, Ranshire Ln, Riviere Ln, Ranwood Ln, Riverina Ln, Ranch Way, Porpoise Ln, Porwyn Ln, Pillary Ln, Pilgrim Dr, Pleasant Ln, Plumtree Pl, Plateau Pl, Plateau Ln, Pillar Ln, Plainview Dr.
Similar micro-surfacing may occur in other areas in the future as needed.
