The City of Palm Coast sets its strategic action plan by identifying City Council priorities and developing focused strategies. Departments provide regular updates through quarterly meetings with the City Manager, reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and refining performance measures. Data is collected and analyzed to track efficiency and ensure alignment with City Council’s goals. To keep the community informed, a new public dashboard provides transparency on the progress of these priorities. This structured approach helps the City implement tactics effectively, drive innovation, and continuously improve services for residents.
